Dear Friend and Supporter:

 

Puerto Rican Fiestas Patronales & Business Expo is now working full force in preparation for its 2009 event to be held on November 12 thru 15, 2009 in Pembroke Pines, Florida. This is the 9th Annual Celebration of our festivities.

 

As our Nation is facing a major economic recession we are positive that with your support it will remain an outstanding event as it has always done in quality, performers, family attendance as well as business support. We are working with the recession and lowering the prices of our booths and entrance, as budget allows.  Our goal is to present as always, a high quality event and for that reason we have come up with the following:

 

1. We have re-arranged facilities to provide only one entrance to the event assuring that all vendors at our pavilions receive the necessary traffic to get the maximum exposure.
2. We created a pavilion just for small business of five (5) employees or less with traffic guaranteed. These booths, while they last can be rented with the low investment of $250.00 for all four days.
3. To assist our community and make it more affordable for our families, we increased the age of children free admission to the age of twelve (12) or under.
4. We have expanded the area set aside for our children to have more attractions such as inflatable rides, clowns, face painting and live shows on Saturday and Sunday.
5. We are providing for the second consecutive year, free health screening services to help those that have lost their medical insurance
6. We are creating new inexpensive ways on how companies can have a presence and exposure at the Fiestas Patronales for those that can’t afford a booth or just don’t have the man power to mandate a booth for the duration of the event
7. And for our sponsors we are increasing the exposure by creating new alliances with local newspaper, magazines, other media, chambers, organizations and events
